Snoeks Leon

Today we would like to bring tribute to a Belgian artist; Leon Snoeks (1939-2005). This remarkable man studied art and drawing in the early 1960′s. His images ranged from surrealism, landscapes and portraits. Many landscapes where inspired on his travels to Scotland and Ireland. Each movement of the wrist puts the pencil flawlessly down to perfection whilst almost impossible to be corrected in this ink and cart board combination. Therefore exceptional care and an elemental eagle eye combined with a patient nature where primary. The surrealistic works each tell their … Read entire article »
